Hi,
I made an extra contribution of $10k in FY 24 into my SMSF and I fill in the form Notice of intend to claim and TR 24 of my SMSF was lodged in Oct.
As at today Feb 25, my prefilling report for my personal tax 24 still does not show that amount.
What did I missing or it suppose to be that way for SMSF?

You don't need to see it in the prefill - you just need to NoI acceptance from SMSF.
Contributions reporting for SMSFs is completely different to how other funds report contributions.
