The general rule is that if you have multiple legal employers you are able to claim multiple amounts of exempt benefits.

Without looking at specific contracts I can't say whether you have a single or multiple legal employer(s). If you have colleagues in the same situation ask them or your employer(s) what they know about the issue. Alternatively, you can seek specific advice from an accountant and/or the ATO.

Assuming you are talking about the NFP FBT exempt salary sacrifice benefits, if you only have one employer you can only claim the one lot of exempt benefits. Also, your employer would need to be a qualifying NFP for you to do so.

Yes I'm talking about the NFP FBT exempt salary sacrifice benefits and yes they are a qualifying NFP. If I have two separate employment contracts, one for each organisation that I perform work for can I then claim the maximum salary sacrifice benefit twice?
