I need to pay late charge for Super contribution. What Customer Reference Number (CRN) should i put? is it the receipt number? or the employee's TFN number?

Do you mean the Payment Reference Number for SGC? If not PRN, have you reviewed the ATO guidance to completing and lodging the SGC statement?
