After discussion and agreement with the 3 other partners I will be stepping back and resigning from our business - we are set up on a partnership ABN. We removed me as associate via the ABR website but it said 28 days to process - it has been more than two months and when I phoned they advised it's in process and could not give any timeframe. What else can we do to remove me as partner?
