Hello. Recently when attempting to access ATO online services for business I can successfully authenticate with MyID but on the ATO online services dashboard I get the error

403 Access Denied. 403: Forbidden. You do not have the required permissions to complete your last action. This has been working fine until recently. At the moment I cannot submit an IAS or BAS which means I may miss a deadline. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Thank you. I am wondering if the issue relates to using the Safari browser. Is the Safari browser fully supported? The browser privacy report shows 7 trackers found on the ATO online page. Are these necessary for the page to function?

Hi @bootlima. I have just spoken to RAM and this error is either coming from a permissions problem from RAM or Access Manager. I had the same error and the 'online permissions' was not ticked in Access Manager which is different to RAM and accessed through the ATO Online Portal. You will need a Principal User to log into Access Manager and give this extra permission
