I am having error 22 when trying to prepare activity statements in ATO. I have checked with authorised person, my access to ATO is still active and valid. I am currently a Basic User in MyID, and is unable to strengthen my identity due to foreign citizen and do not pose any Australian documents. I have reviewed and followed the steps provided, including providing consent to MyID when login to RAM.
Following error message is received.
Error 22 has occurred

I also received following error message when try to login "Access Manager" from ATO online services.
