Hi i had my early release of super on compassionate grounds finalised on Monday the 15 April 2025 However I missed the call. I applied online However the account isn't linked to mygov I called the number and its an automated message saying its finalised. Question is where will the letter be sent mygov inbox or by post and is there a way to find out if it's been approved thanks everyone

Hi @Jason1971,
When your application is approved, we send the letter to your myGov inbox or via post if you applied on paper form. You can access the letter in our ATO online services under communication history.
If it wasn't approved, we will also send a letter explaining why.
Here's the info about applying for release of super and how to contact us if you haven't received the letter.
i got no letter in mail or myGov. Not being rude but there are no rules over there in that department. For. Example I got retested but put the same letter in three months on and the letter passed. And they are so rude !
