Linking Code to ATO

I have been trying to link my ATO to myGov for almost a year now. When I go through the two questions it is saying that they are incorrect so I wanted to call someone to get a linking code I am told to call 13 28 61 which has never worked it keeps saying that they are experiencing higher than normal volumes. I though this might be due to the previous year tax return however, I have now been trying for months and tax return time is now looming I was wondering what I can do to get a linking code as I cannot call.

Hi @VS1988,

Here are some instructions that may help you link yourself to the ATO.

The only way to get a linking code is to call us. We are open 8am-6pm, and it's better to call early morning or later in the day when we aren't as busy.
