Hi,
I've been using a digital myID service to sign into mygov (strong strength) but no longer wish to use this service and would much prefer to use a passkey (which arguably has the same level of security).
I have removed it from my mygov account but now I cannot access my ATO account as it does not meet the "strong" identity strength I have used previously.
Is it going to require fully remaking my mygov account or is there anyway to remove this error?
