My name combination (Given name/s and Family name) used by MyGovID is not exactly the same per my visa documentation. Due to this, it is not the same per my Medicare card name hence I cannot increase the strength of my ID. I can only use my Medicare card details as an additional document to strengthen my ID as I am a permanent resident without a driver license (no passport or citizenship certificate).

For example my visa documentation states:

Given name/s - AXXX HXXX

Family name - BXXX MXXX FXXX

But the name combination for MyGovID is:

Given name/s - AXXX HXXX BXXX

Family name - MXXX

My Medicare card is the same as my visa documentation with 3 lines:

Line 1 - AXXX

Line 2 - HXXX

Line 3 - BXXX MXXX FXXX

What should I do to strengthen my ID from Basic to Standard.

Hi @Amalikfaisal04,

To get myID strength to standard, you need to be able to verify 2 documents where the names match.

If your name is recorded differently across separate government agencies, you're not going to be able to link to all services in myGov.

You should get your ID documents (like your Medicare card) updated so they reflect your name correctly and then you'll be able to use them to identify yourself on myGov.

There is more info on the myID page on how to set up and strengthen your ID.
