Hi, I am director for 3 (A, B and C) private companies. A is making enormous profit. I spend my enormous time for A company as well. Can I invoice A from either B or C for my labour cost?

Hi @SRay,
Without knowing the details of the businesses or your role as a director, it’s important to have a clear agreement in place if Company B or C sends an invoice to Company A. This could be a contract or service agreement to explain why the invoice is needed. There may also be tax rules, like GST and PAYG withholding, that you need to follow.
Since this can be complicated, it’s a good idea to talk to a tax agent or financial advisor to make sure everything is done correctly and legally.
