My former employer didn’t pay me any super for two years. I believe it was (probably) an honest mistake, and they’ve now paid me a lump sum - but without any interest. I have a suspicion they didn’t report the non-payment to the ATO. They won’t provide me with any official documentation that what I’m owed has been officially determined. I’d appreciate some guidance. Should I follow this up?

Hiya @Sjrjb 👋
Yes, you should report this, as late payment of the amount that would have been paid is not the correct thing to do. Follow the steps outlined in the ATO guidance to ensure you get what you are owed. 😉
