Are you still getting that error? It's likely because there's a network or browser issue, or the identity system may be temporarily down.
I'd try:
- Ensuring you have the latest MyGov app version.
- Clearing your cookies, or
- use a different browser.
You can also go directly to myGov or identity.gov.au.
