When I go through the motions of trying to verify my face to increase my identity strength from standard to strong by adding my passport, the app does not show much camera, I have uninstalled the app multiple times, I have tried to toggle permissions on and off and have uploaded all documents again after resetting my app and restarting my phone. Is there a fix for this? Am I able to verify my face and passport online or does this have to be done through the app?
