I am a New Zealand citizen who called Perth home. I have been a resident for tax purposes for 13 years now and due to the current economy am currently experiencing financial hardship. Would the ATO approve access to my super for financial hardship reasons for New Zealand citizens?
As a NZ citizen I am not eligible for Centre Link so looking for some support as a public servant working for the WA Police Force you would think that NZ citizens would be treated with at least some decency and support as a tax payer.
