I have been able to access both my the ATO through the app and MyGov until yesterday, when I got the error code A951.22. Does this mean something has happened to my tax return and I won’t receive it? Why has this happened?

This error relates to additional security being placed on your account. You'll need to speak with our client identity support centre each time you need access. This security ensures the safety of your details.
If you call the number linked, we'll be able to unlock your account so you can view your information. It won't stop you refund from processing though.
If the ATO have locked your account because of a compromised TFN, then that lock may be there for many years and you will only be able to unlock your account for 24hrs maximum at a time, unless you apply to have your TFN changed and even then the ATO may not approve it, but you can then take it to the ITGO (tax ombudsman) as they have assisted some taxpayers with this issue.
