I am trying to link the ATO service to my MyGov account, but I keep receiving the following error:
"Your details could not be matched. Error code: PAB.DE.0009. Please call 13 28 61 for assistance."
I have tried calling 13 28 61 multiple times over the past few days, but I have not been able to get through due to peak call times. The calls are disconnected before I can speak to anyone.
I have carefully checked that my personal details, including my name, date of birth, and TFN, are correctly entered. However, the issue still persists.
Could you please assist me with linking my MyGov account to the ATO service? If any verification or additional documentation is required, I am happy to provide it.
