I recently done my tax with no issues now I need to get back into my ato & it keeps telling me my identity is not strong enough, going on 3 weeks of not being able to login

I have made several calls to ato & no help whatsoever I am getting very frustrated and upset

I have never had this issue before

Hi @DH704573,


Have you recently gotten a new phone or deleted/updated the myID app? If so, you'll need to re-identify yourself with your ID documents to get it back to 'strong'. You'll need your passport to be able to do this.
