Hi, I try to link ATO services by MyGov account. During the process I input my Super and bank details, but it appears not match with the recorded in ATO. Try to call asking for advice without success. The call was AUTO and turned to call off. How can i find the details that ATO has recorded from me. Noting that this is my first time to login ATO, Mygov.

Hi @VanDeWah,
This is more common than you think. We compare your details with other myGov links and if they don't match exactly, myGov doesn't link to ATO. Common things like shortening names (e.g. Daniel to Dan) or typos (e.g. McDonald vs MacDonald or Van DeWah vs Wan De Wah) can cause a mismatch.
