My Tax Refund was cancelled after my Notice of Assessment was issued. The EFT was processed on July 8, 2025 and then cancelled on July 14, 2025. I have not been able to speak to anyone and continuously get disconnected from the phone line. It is now outside of the 14 day period and I cannot seem to get any answers - who can I contact or when will I find out what is happening with my refund. I'm trying to be patient but I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication or ability to get an answer.

It sounds like we may have received some extra info that needed to be included in your tax assessment for the year. And yes, we are busy on the phones at the moment. But, to get an idea of what stopped the refund, you'll need to speak to us to get the answers.
