Hello,
I hope you're doing well. I would like to ask for some advice regarding my superannuation refund and visa application process.
I have already departed Australia and am currently in Thailand. I’ve applied to cancel my student visa and am now waiting for the cancellation to be processed. Once my visa is officially cancelled, I plan to request a refund of my superannuation.
My main question is:
After I submit the superannuation refund request, can I immediately apply for a new visa? Or do I need to wait until the super refund is completed before applying for a new visa?
I’m also concerned because some of my documents will expire soon, so I would like to complete the whole process—visa cancellation, super refund request, and new visa application—within the next two weeks, if possible.
Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much in advance!
