I have used the Medicare Levy calculator and it states that I am 'Not liable for a Medicare Levy surcharge' but keeps coming up on my Tax return and i have to owe money to the ATO when I earn under the threshold, i also have private healthcare. how can I fix this? I have rung the ATO but they just walked me through how to do my tax return.
