What are the options to pay off HECs debt for family member. I don't have the Bpay details.

If I can't get the Bpay details what other options are there for paying off in full HECs debt for family member. I have some receipts from many years ago when I paid the university directly but these do not have a BPay number.

You don't.

I don't think ATO would disclose the details for privacy reasons. Most likely you would need to get the details from the family member when they log into ATO via MyGov.
