I'm trying to relink my ATO account to my myGov account but (as with many others clothes) the ATO isn't accepting my superannuation fund's ABN. I've used the requested and recommended tool to see if it is recognized by the ABN and it is; both when I search by name and when I searched by the ABN I'm trying to enter. I can't connect Centrelink as the page doesn't scroll to allow me to select my home address from the drop down box, so I can't access any of those documents for security purposes and thanks to outlooks 3 month rule before yeeting random emails into the ether, I don't have any old notices of assessments to use...without accessing my online ATO portal, which I cant do because I can't provide sufficient information to prove I'm me because the ATO acknowledges my Super ABN, but wont recognise it for the purposes of linking my ATO to my MyGov account. Help?

Hi @ImNotInBrisbane,

For you to link your myGov, you have to match details exactly. If your super fund account is inactive, it won't match either. This is a common issue when matching super fund details. If this is the case, try a different super fund account or use a different question.

If the issue continues, you can contact us for a linking code.

For troubleshooting our support for online services and when you can't log into myGov pages may help.
