Can I just confirm, are these errors appearing when you are trying to log into the MyGov platform directly using your username, password and verification code? Or when trying to access MyGov through the myID app?
I want to try and get you pointed in the right direction - myID has some links on their page about error codes and messages and accessing your myID that may help.
If you do need to call myID, it might be helpful to make sure all the normal IT steps have been taken, like:
- is the app updated to the latest version?
- is it installed on an approved device?
- are you logging in with the exact same credentials? - This includes correct use of upper and lower-case letters (as it may be case sensitive).
If the issue is with MyGov itself, you will have to contact their help desk.
I'd recommend trying to call at the end of their operating hours right now, as it's still peak tax time.
