Hi, a Pilipino independent contractor works in Philippines for an Australia Company based in Sydney. The contractor issues monthly invoice to the company and gets the pay. Should the company pay the contractor PAYG?

Australian tax law doesn't apply to workers in the Philippines. The Australian company needs to make sure they abide by the applicable taxation and employment law there.
