Hi @vhaselden,

You can check your compassionate release of super application status through your myGov account linked to the ATO.

Digital applications take about 14 days to process, while paper ones take around 28 days. You'll get updates by phone, SMS, or a letter in your myGov inbox (or by post for paper applications).

If approved, we'll send the approval letter to your super fund. You'll need to contact them to access the money.
