I am 64 years of age and retiring from work, my question is regarding superannuation condition of release. If I retire from employment with an employer, can I then be rehired by same employer working less than 10 hours a week as casual for a defined period and still meet the condition of release

Yes - as long as work hours are less than 10 each week till age 65.
