Hi - I have re-applied for the compassionate release of my super with the additional utility bill that was required - I was told they couldn't reopen my pre-existing application so a new one was started. Can I call up and request that it be fast tracked as it is now SUPER urgent? REALLY really URGENT. Thanks

Thank you I will try to. It is very difficult to call during business hours as I am a teacher and have very inflexible hours and time to sit on hold. This is a very difficult, stressful situation for myself and my family.
