Live chat at eTax

Hi @emoksf,

The Live Chat service is only available within myTax when you're completing your tax return. You can't delete the Live Chat button as it's a built-in feature of myTax.

If you can't see the Live Chat option, try looking for it while you're actively working on your tax return. The button should appear on the right side of your screen when you're in myTax.

You can access Live chat by logging into myGov, selecting ATO from your linked services, and starting your tax return in myTax. Remember, Live Chat is only available during operating hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday AEDT).
