I’m extremely frustrated with this issue. I’ve been lodging my tax returns online for over 10 years with no problems, but now I’m getting error A951.22 saying my identity can’t be verified, and I suddenly can’t log in.
I’ve tried creating a stronger myGovID profile, but there’s no live chat or support service available outside of standard work hours to help with this. I can’t call during work hours, so I’m stuck without any way to resolve the problem.
Why is there no support or verification option outside of business hours? With the amount of tax we pay, why isn’t this kind of standard service available?
What can I do to fix this and regain access to my account?
