Hi ATO Community and Brains Trust,
I received my Division 293 Assessment Notice saying that I need to pay about $1700 on Sunday, 16 November.
I logged on to MyGov/MyTax the same day and lodged the election request for it to be paid directly from my superfund.
I checked today, that is Tuesday, 18 November, and the online system doesn’t appear to have register the lodgement of this request as of yet. The system also notes I still have outstanding $1700 to be paid. I do have the receipt IDs of lodging the 293 election.
I understand it may take some time for the ATO to process this request. What is the usual processing times for this? And when will I see it reflected on my ATO account as lodged and paid for?
I tried calling 13 10 20 but had no luck getting through after about an hour waiting on hold.
