I'm trying to work out if my salary packaging arrangement reduces my OTE? It is for meals/rent and similar. AccessPay tells me it doesn't, but my employer tells me that it reduces OTE and therefore the super they have to pay me. Seems like a bit of a scam, like cool I get an extra $100 in my pocket, but I lose $100 in super?
