Can a leasehold mooring berth I own be transfered in specie to my SMSF, of which I am the sole member/director. The berth is used for business purposes, generates an income and is unencumbered. The in specie transfer would be done using the NC bring forward rule with balance bought in cash by SMSF. Thank you for any assistance. Ric

Yes, if the property meets the definition of commercial property.
