I am on OTE Super guarantee and want to know if my allowances are superable. I work 12hr shifts 24/7. Can anyone tell me if the following should be superable :
- 100% allowance for working Public Holidays (which I am required to do in my normal roster).
- 100% allowance for 8hrs for being rostered off on a PH (since I still worked 40hrs that week).
- A "Capability Payment" that "recognises the requirement to maintain a service capability in those identified sites."
- A "Remote Localities Allowance" which is defined as a location allowance and there is no restriction on how it is spent and no definition on what is covering other than just 'location'.
- A "Use of Force Allowance" paid for holding Law Enforcement "Use of Force" yearly certification.
- "Composite" Allowance for basically just being LE (covers shift work, shift flexibility, direction to work, etc)
- Allowances for working nights and weekends. (over and above the composite allowance)
