I’m experiencing the same issue that many others have reported - unable to access the secure mail service. Previously, I was able to access it without any problems.
The page is currently stuck on the loading screen, and I’m getting the following errors:
auto-xhr.min.js:2
GET https://onlineservices.ato.gov.au/api/v1/Clients/Mailboxes?filter=%27mailboxListType=Mailbox%27 500 (Internal Server Error)
boomerang.min.js:2
POST https://onlineservices.ato.gov.au/api/v1/beacon/ 404 (Not Found)
Based on these errors, it appears the issue is on the server-side (ATO) rather than user-specific. Is the system currently experiencing an outage? If so, could you provide an update on when this might be resolved?
