I am unable to view any client on my ATO portal, when a client's ABN is clicked the resulting screen reads “Permission required This client's record can't be viewed Contact to discuss.� Initial contact was via phone on 15 March 2021, further contact made 22 March, 8 April and 12 April. As yet no resolution has been made the problem still exists, I am finding this extremely distressful and would like it resolved quickly as it is affecting my ability to comply with the ATO regulations and guidelines.
