I have applied to withdraw my super for more than six weeks ago. Is there a known delay with payments? I have requested to withdraw it to my Westpac account and it still says withdrawal pending (since 8th of December 2020) in my MyGov account. It would be useful to know the progress of my application.

If you applied to have your super released under Covid-19 eligibility then you can follow this up with us. Generally once you request the release it should be approved by us and sent to your fund within 4 business days. If this has not occurred you can call us direct. We cannot access your account through this forum.
