Hi, I entered Australia on a permanent resident visa Class VE, Subclass 175 Skilled - Independent in 2010. I worked there for less than 2 years and December 2011 I had to leave back for home country due to a personal emergency. Thereafter I never returned and have no plans to return. While working there I accumulated super which is still with the super fund. I confirmed with the VEVO system and my visa is expired/no longer valid. However, when I tried using the online DASP application it says "no eligible visa" as I believe DASP is only if you enter on a temporary visa. Please advise what is the best way to claim this super ? I am residing overseas now.
