i submitted my tax return and it says i lodged successfuly when i click on it. But i went into the homepage and it says for action and the button says prepare. I then pressed delete thinking it was attempting to upload a second tax return some how. i then went to manage tax returns and it says it is still due and the outcome section is filled with questions. i then go back into prepare and it says it has already been lodged? is an error of some kind and is my tax return still successfully lodged?
