I submitted the form to claim my Super after discussing with an ATO agent. It had certified ID and was sent by post to the AU Gov. The bank nominated to receive the funds is an Australian bank and account. How long does the money take to be transferred from the ATO to the bank? I have had no confirmation that the form was received by ATO. Is this normal?

Our service standard we aim to meet for these forms is 28 days. Although we can't provide an indication on how long it will be before your money is sent out, the payment run date for unclaimed super is every Thursday night. It will still depend on when we finalise your form as to when your payment goes out. Once issued, it should only be a few days for your bank to receive and process it.
We also don't send out notifications if you apply for ATO held super. Hopefully, you'll receive yours soon. You can let us know if you haven't received anything after 28 days.

Hi, is it alright to asked you if they released your super and you already got it,sorry about this. Because I send my application last week of march overseas also and still I haven't received or any email What's is going on in my application. Thanks

If you're still waiting for the payment you can check online via your MyGov inbox if we've sent you any mail. You can also check if your ATO super balance has reduced to zero. It also sounds like it was due to you departing Australia. If so you can email DASPmail@ato.gov.au and advise them of your concerns.
