I am unable to verify my photo and it keeps coming with the error LV1000. How can I fix this please?

Hello @Ashneel,

This is a known issue it usually happens when you move the camera when taking your picture. If you keep having this issue force close your app and then restart it. If you are still having issues you can check them on the MYGOVID error codes help page.
