Hi everyone,
I recently attempted to install MyGoV ID to my mobile device. After much trouble and a very helpful phone call I realised I verified documents on a new email address when I had already set up an account using a different email.
This for me meant, I needed to completely delete all my data and MyGoV ID so I can create a new one. I was able to start this process over the phone and was told I would be sent an email on what steps to take next.
So my question is how long till I receive this email , as I urgently require a MyGov ID and have a identify status of "standard" inorder to access an account needed to start my new job.
