My application for early release of super for dental work has been pending for 20 days on the ato site. What's the usually waiting period ? Thanks

Depending on how it was lodge, 14 days for online and 28 days for paper applications.
We are not able to access applications via our community page to check the progress.
If the application is within the processing time frames, we are not able to provide a progress update over the phone.
Check out the How to apply link to ensure you have provided every thing you need with your application as this can slow the processing down and will also provide detaila on how to make enquires regarding applications.

Hey there. Thanks for your reply. I will contact the ATO Monday, as it's been more that 14 working days .
