I'm trying to access ATO's online services for individuals from MyGov. From MyGov, I click on the ATO icon, and then receive this message:


"An error has occurred

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Return to myGov and try again. If the problem continues, contact us

.

Error code: server_error

Return to myGov

"


Trying again does not help. How can I fix this?

This is a known issue our tech team is looking into!


We recommend unlinking and relinking the ATO with myGov. Keep in mind doing this will require you to go through the linking process again. We have a page on the information you need to link with us. You'll also need your TFN too
