I'm trying to access ATO's online services for individuals from MyGov. From MyGov, I click on the ATO icon, and then receive this message:

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Return to myGov and try again. If the problem continues, contact us
.
Error code: server_error
Return to myGov
"
Trying again does not help. How can I fix this?
