Hi

I have/had a super account in a fund by the name of Recruitmentsuper. This was many years ago. Googling tells me that the fund is no longer operating; does anyone know if my fund will have been transferred to another company? Or the ATO? How could I find it?

Many thanks for your help.

Hi @Andywhm1998,

We do have some different options for you to search for your lost super that you can check out.

When super funds wind up they transfer the funds to a new successor fund, which would've happened to you when your old super fund closed. We hold super for people with inactive super accounts, so at this stage your super may be held with us.

The APRA has some information about lost members and wound-up superannuation funds that can explain this for you in more detail.

Best of luck - hope this helps you to track down your lost super :)
