This is so frustrating, ATO made a (myGovID)service that is now bottleneck to everything. This app is so useless. I am applying for director id for which myGovID app is required. I have been trying to update my profile to strong but every time I upload documents like passport or Medicare or Driver License or citizenship certificate it throws error (45057 (422) )
unable to prove your identity.
no further explanation as what’s the problem, why it’s failing to identify.
I followed the steps suggested on other threads ( reset the app etc ) but this issue persist.
it suggest to call the number but that number goes unattended and drop off.
Now I am stuck, can’t apply director id from any options provided online /phone.
such a worthless and underperforming IT application made central to key/ mandatory processes with so little support to resolve issue.
note : I have sent emails to technical department but no response from there too.
if I miss the 30 Nov deadline, it’s because ATO set us all for failure with this myGovID app !!
