Hello @Shpandey,

If the error that comes up is permissions required it's because you've lost permissions either in access manager or relationship authorisation manager (RAM). In both those cases you just need to get the person that gave the permission to begin with to do it again.

If this is for another service, can you provide us with a specific error code and what service you are trying to access to offer you a better response.

Hi @TeddyATO,

I actually encountered the same error code: access_denied. It's got me wondering though, since I only need online services for individuals, why would I need permission to access the manager or RAM?

Thanks.

Hi @tingtsechen,

There're 2 common errors that occur, permission denied, and access denied. By the sound of it, you're getting access denied.

If you're getting access denied it generally means extra security has been put on your account. Whereas permission denied relates to RAM.

@CaroATO

Thank you for your response here - I am receiving an access denied error, and from reading here and the post you linked it appears I need to contact someone in order to access my account? However on that forum post it was not clear who. I tried a general ATO services number [removed by moderator] but the call never went through (citing large volume of enquiries). Any tips on what number to contact??
