Fuel Credits - can I claim from a transport supplier? We are registered and eligible, can not find a clear response or answer. I have been claiming purchased fuel, however would like to know if I can claim from a supplier who we use for within state freight?
Fuel tax credits can only be claimed from ATO on your BAS.
